How to configure your iOS device

TIP: This tutorial is made on iOS 7.1.2 device some settings may vary on different iOS version.
Please check your original smartphone user manual for setting up VPN connection or search through our knowledgebase

  • 1 Open settings

  • 2 Go to generall

    In settings go to General

  • 3 Open VPN

    Scroll down and find VPN and open it

  • 4 Add configuration

    Click on Add VPN Configuration...

    Language key: ipsec_android_step3_desc was not found

  • 5 Set VPN configuration

    From the top menu choose PPTP
    In Name enter TopVPN (PPTP)
    In Server choose one of our Network
    In a Account enter your TopVPN username and in Password your TopVPN password and click Save

    If you like to disconnect from TopVPN click again on toggle button on the top.

  • 6 Connect to TopVPN

    Now you will see the configuration you created, click on it and press the toggle button on the top (see bellow)

    Language key: ios_step8_desc was not found

  • 7 Disconnect from TopVPN

    If you like to disconnect from TopVPN click again on toggle button on the top.
