Follow this steps to configure your Linux OS to use TOPVPN.
Go to System -> Administration -> Synaptic Package Manager and open Synaptic.
Search for "vpn" and find network-menager-pptp and check if is installed, if not click on install button.
Another way is to install the Ubuntu network-manager-pptp package is from the command line: sudo apt-get install network-manager-pptp
then run:
sudo /etc/init.d/dbus restart
Go to System -> Preferences -> Network Connections and open it.
On the Network Connections menu click the "VPN" tab and then "Add" button.
Next, select the connection type as "Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP)" and click create.
In Connection name enter TopVPN
For Gateway enter one of our server address. Check out Network
In Optional section enter your TopVPN USERNAME and PASSWORD. And click Advanced
In advanced settings check if all checkbox are selected in Security and Compression section. Then click OK and Save
Now your VPN is created. Now click on Close
When your VPN is created you can connect any time you like. Just find you network icon in top right corner and click on it the go to VPN Connections and there you will see the VPN you just created. Click on it and you will be connected
